On Wednesday the 23rd of August, Everton Park Dental participated in Dental Rescue Day. The practice provided free dental work to many disadvantaged patients in need.

This is part of National Volunteer week organised by the National Dental Foundation (NDF). The NDF is an organisation that coordinates the delivery of volunteered dental services by dentists, nurses and technicians to Australians who are in need of dental treatment but have not been able to access it due to personal circumstances. All treatments are delivered free of charge.

Everton Park Dental would like to announce that we are now an Accredited Dental Practice.

Bad breath (or halitosis) can have a number of causes. Some can be systemic. Most however, are directly related to gum disease. Gum disease is caused by excess dental plaque and calculus (calcified plaque) in your mouth.

Normally symptoms include bleeding gums, pain and bad breath. At Everton Park dental we will assess your individual case and advise you on a suggested treatment plan.
