It is the process of providing health services remotely via online or telephone. However, we prefer online system only.
Once you fill in your details and pay via bank transfer, email us the payment screenshot and we will set up the time
We can communicate via Skype, Zoom, Facetime or any other video sharing tool that’s easy for you. But you will have to specify your preferred method
You will need to make sure you have:
- Filled and submitted pre-consult health questionnaire
- Logged into the pre-agreed online video chat system
- Make sure your devices (desktop/phone /iPad/Laptop, camera, speaker/headphones) and internet connection are working well
- List of queries that you may have or the list of issues you want to consult about
Not a problem as long as you can see us.
And if your package includes ‘Feedback on recorded video’, you can send us your recorded video via email / other system.
